By using Book A Pandit Ji("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform connects customers with independent verified pandits for Hindu ceremonies and pujas.

Our role

We are a booking and coordination service, not the performer of religious ceremonies. Pandits listed on our platform are independent service providers. We facilitate matching, pricing transparency and communication.

Bookings

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee immediate confirmation
• Final confirmation is provided by our team via WhatsApp or phone
• Pricing shared at booking is indicative; final amount is confirmed before the ceremony
• You agree to provide accurate contact and ceremony details

Cancellations & rescheduling

Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the ceremony, subject to pandit availability. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

Liability

We strive to verify all pandits and ensure quality service. However, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from ceremony scheduling, third-party conduct, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
