Pandit Partner Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you apply to join Book A Pandit Ji as a verified pandit partner.

बुक अ पंडित जी पर साझेदार के रूप में आवेदन करके, आप इन नियमों को पढ़कर, समझकर और बाध्यकारी रूप से स्वीकार करते हैं। आवेदन भेजना प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर स्वीकृति या कार्य की गारंटी नहीं है।
By applying to join Book A Pandit Ji as a partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance onto the platform or a guarantee of work.
1. स्वतंत्र ठेकेदार संबंध1. Independent contractor relationship
आप स्वतंत्र सेवा प्रदाता हैं, कर्मचारी नहीं। इस आवेदन या किसी बुकिंग से रोजगार, एजेंसी, साझेदारी या संयुक्त उद्यम नहीं बनता। आप अपने कर, भविष्य निधि, ईएसआई, बीमा और वैधानिक अनुपालन के स्वयं उत्तरदायी हैं। प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पूजा करने वाला पुजारी नहीं है; यह ग्राहकों और स्वतंत्र पंडितों के बीच समन्वय करता है।
You are an independent service provider, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint-venturer of Book A Pandit Ji. Nothing in this application or any later booking creates employment. You remain solely responsible for your taxes, provident fund, ESI, insurance, and statutory compliance. The Platform does not perform religious ceremonies; it coordinates between customers and independent pandits.
2. आवेदन, सत्यापन और कोई कार्य गारंटी नहीं2. Application, verification, and no guarantee of work
आवेदन मात्र प्रस्ताव है। हम आधार, पहचान, अनुभव, संदर्भ और पृष्ठभूमि की जाँच कर सकते हैं और बिना कारण बताए आवेदन अस्वीकार, निलंबित या बाद में प्रोफ़ाइल निष्क्रिय कर सकते हैं। सूचीबद्ध होना बुकिंग, आय, रैंकिंग या न्यूनतम कार्य की गारंटी नहीं देता। आवंटन ग्राहक पसंद, उपलब्धता, स्थान, भाषा और परिचालन क्षमता पर निर्भर करता है।
An application is an offer only. We may verify identity, Aadhaar, experience, references, and background, and may accept, reject, suspend, or later deactivate a profile with or without assigning reasons. Listing does not guarantee bookings, income, ranking, or a minimum volume of work. Assignments depend on customer preference, availability, location, language, and operational capacity.
3. सत्य जानकारी और केवाईसी3. Accurate information and KYC
आप वचन देते हैं कि नाम, संपर्क, अनुभव, भाषाएँ, शहर, प्रमाणपत्र और आधार सहित सभी विवरण सत्य और आपके हैं। आप धोखाधड़ी, किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का दस्तावेज़, या भ्रामक योग्यता नहीं देंगे। गलत जानकारी पर आवेदन रद्द, चल रही बुकिंग हटाई जा सकती है, और कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है। सत्यापन के लिए अतिरिक्त दस्तावेज़ माँगे जा सकते हैं।
You warrant that all details — including name, contact, experience, languages, cities, certificates, and Aadhaar — are true and belong to you. You will not submit another person’s documents, inflated credentials, or misleading claims. False information may result in rejection, removal from live bookings, and legal action. We may request further documents at any time for verification.
4. आधार, दस्तावेज़ और डेटा उपयोग4. Aadhaar, documents, and data use
आधार और अन्य दस्तावेज़ केवल पहचान सत्यापन, धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम, और वैधानिक/परिचालन रिकॉर्ड के लिए एकत्र किए जाते हैं। इन्हें ग्राहकों को सार्वजनिक प्रोफ़ाइल पर नहीं दिखाया जाएगा, जब तक कानून या आपकी स्पष्ट सहमति न हो। आप गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार प्रसंस्करण से सहमत हैं। दस्तावेज़ सुरक्षित रखने के बावजूद कोई प्रणाली पूर्ण जोखिम-मुक्त नहीं है।
Aadhaar and other documents are collected only for identity verification, fraud prevention, and statutory or operational records. They will not be published on your public profile except where required by law or with your explicit consent. You agree to processing as described in our Privacy Policy. No system is entirely free of security risk despite reasonable safeguards.
5. आचार संहिता और विधि-विधान5. Conduct and ritual standards
आप समय पर पहुँचेंगे, सहमति अनुसार विधि-विधान निभाएँगे, परिवार के साथ सम्मान से पेश आएंगे, और नशा, अभद्र भाषा, भेदभाव, या अनुचित व्यवहार नहीं करेंगे। पुष्टि की गई राशि से अधिक दक्षिणा, छिपा शुल्क, या दबाव निषिद्ध है। समग्री यदि सहमति हो तो उसी गुणवत्ता की होगी। शिकायत पर जाँच, चेतावनी, निलंबन या स्थायी हटाव हो सकता है।
You will arrive on time, perform the agreed vidhi-vidhan, treat families with respect, and refrain from intoxication, abusive language, discrimination, or misconduct. Demanding dakshina or hidden fees beyond the confirmed amount is prohibited. If you agree to provide samagri, it must match the agreed quality. Complaints may lead to investigation, warning, suspension, or permanent removal.
6. उपलब्धता, अनुपस्थिति और प्रतिस्थापन6. Availability, no-show, and substitution
स्वीकृत बुकिंग पर आप व्यक्तिगत रूप से सेवा देंगे जब तक प्लेटफ़ॉर्म लिखित रूप से विकल्प न माने। बिना पर्याप्त सूचना के अनुपस्थिति, देरी, या मनमाना रद्द करना गंभीर उल्लंघन है। आप कैलेंडर/छुट्टी सही रखेंगे। आप ग्राहक को बिना अनुमति किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से पूजा नहीं करवा सकते।
Once you accept a booking you will personally perform the service unless the Platform agrees a substitute in writing. No-show, material delay, or arbitrary cancellation without adequate notice is a serious breach. You will keep availability and leave records accurate. You may not send another person to perform the ceremony without prior Platform approval.
7. शुल्क, निपटान और कर7. Fees, settlement, and taxes
ग्राहक को बताई गई कीमत प्लेटफ़ॉर्म द्वारा समन्वित होती है। आपकी देय राशि नियत कमीशन, कटौती, समायोजन या विवादित दावों के बाद निपटान नीति के अनुसार होगी। भुगतान चक्र परिचालन पर निर्भर करता है। टीडीएस या अन्य वैधानिक कटौती लागू हो सकती है। नकद लेनदेन जो प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को सूचित नहीं किए गए, निषिद्ध हो सकते हैं।
Customer-facing prices are coordinated by the Platform. Amounts payable to you are after agreed commission, deductions, adjustments, or disputed claims, per settlement practice then in force. Payout cycles depend on operations. TDS or other statutory withholdings may apply. Off-record cash arrangements that circumvent the Platform may be treated as a breach.
8. ऑफ-प्लेटफ़ॉर्म आग्रह8. Off-platform solicitation
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के माध्यम से मिले ग्राहकों को सीधे निजी बुकिंग, निजी भुगतान, या प्रतिस्पर्धी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर ले जाना, जब आप सूचीबद्ध हों, निषिद्ध है। उल्लंघन पर निलंबन, बकाया रोका जाना, और हर्जाना माँगा जा सकता है।
While you are listed, you must not divert customers introduced through the Platform to private bookings, private payments, or competing platforms for the same engagement. Breach may result in suspension, withholding of dues, and a claim for losses.
9. बौद्धिक संपदा और सामग्री9. Intellectual property and content
प्लेटफ़ॉर्म नाम, लोगो, सामग्री और सॉफ़्टवेयर हमारी संपत्ति हैं। आप प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो और परिचय पर आवश्यक अधिकार देते हैं ताकि हम लिस्टिंग, विपणन और परिचालन में उनका उपयोग कर सकें। आप अवैध या किसी तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकार का उल्लंघन करने वाली सामग्री नहीं देंगे।
The Platform name, logo, content, and software remain our property. You grant a royalty-free licence to use your profile photo and biography for listing, marketing, and operations. You will not upload unlawful content or material that infringes third-party rights.
10. गोपनीयता10. Confidentiality
ग्राहक का पता, कुंडली विवरण, पारिवारिक जानकारी और बुकिंग डेटा गोपनीय है। आप इसे पूजा संपन्न करने के अलावा साझा, बेच या दुरुपयोग नहीं करेंगे। यह दायित्व प्रोफ़ाइल बंद होने के बाद भी रहेगा।
Customer addresses, kundli details, family information, and booking data are confidential. You will not share, sell, or misuse them except as needed to perform the ceremony. This duty survives deactivation of your profile.
11. देयता की सीमा और क्षतिपूर्ति11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
विधि द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष या परिणामी क्षति (खोई आय, प्रतिष्ठा, विवाद) के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है। कुल देयता उस संबंधित बुकिंग पर आपको वास्तव में भुगतान की गई राशि तक सीमित हो सकती है। आप अपने कर्म, देरी, विधि-त्रुटि, क्षति, या तीसरे पक्ष दावों से प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की क्षतिपूर्ति करेंगे।
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost income, reputation, or third-party disputes. Aggregate liability arising from a booking may be limited to the amount actually paid to you for that booking. You will indemnify the Platform against claims arising from your conduct, delay, ritual error, property damage, or third-party claims.
12. निलंबन और समाप्ति12. Suspension and termination
हम शिकायत, सत्यापन विफलता, आचार उल्लंघन, या परिचालन कारणों से तत्काल प्रोफ़ाइल निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं। आप किसी भी समय सूची से हटने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं; स्वीकृत आगामी बुकिंग पूरी करनी होंगी जब तक विकल्प न बने। बकाया निपटान समाप्ति के बाद भी नीति के अधीन रहेगा।
We may suspend or terminate your listing immediately for complaints, failed verification, misconduct, or operational reasons. You may request removal at any time; accepted upcoming bookings must still be honoured unless a substitute is arranged. Outstanding settlements remain subject to policy after termination.
13. इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्वीकृति13. Electronic acceptance
चेकबॉक्स चुनकर आवेदन जमा करना इलेक्ट्रॉनिक हस्ताक्षर और इन शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा (सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 के अंतर्गत मान्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अभिलेख के रूप में)। स्वीकृति का समय, आईपी/सत्र और संस्करण संख्या हमारे रिकॉर्ड में रखी जा सकती है।
Submitting this application with the consent checkbox selected constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms, and may be treated as an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We may retain the timestamp, session metadata, and terms version as evidence of consent.
14. लागू कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार14. Governing law and jurisdiction
ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं। कोई विवाद पहले सद्भावना से सुलझाने का प्रयास होगा। उसके बाद exclusive क्षेत्राधिकार हरियाणा के गुरुग्राम की अदालतों का होगा, जब तक कानून अन्यथा अनिवार्य न करे। पंडित भारत के किसी भी शहर से आवेदन कर सकते हैं; सेवा स्थान चाहे जो हो, कंपनी का कार्यालय गुरुग्राम, हरियाणा में है, इसलिए मंच वही रहेगा।
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution. Subject to mandatory law, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Gurugram, Haryana — the city where Book A Pandit Ji’s office is located. Pandits may apply from any city in India; the place of a ceremony does not change the forum. All disputes under these partner terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
15. संशोधन15. Amendments
हम ये शर्तें समय-समय पर बदल सकते हैं। महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तन पर ईमेल, व्हाट्सएप्प या पोर्टल सूचना दी जा सकती है। परिवर्तन के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखना स्वीकृति माना जाएगा। सक्रिय बुकिंग पर तब तक पुरानी व्यावहारिक शर्तें लागू रह सकती हैं जब तक दोनों पक्ष नया संस्करण न मानें।
We may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes may be notified by email, WhatsApp, or in-product notice. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance. For already accepted bookings, the operational terms in force at confirmation may continue unless both parties agree otherwise.
