Refund Policy

At Book A Pandit Ji, we want every family to book with confidence. This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for ceremony bookings.

Before confirmation

Submitting a booking request is free and non-binding until our team confirms your pandit and pricing via WhatsApp or phone. You may cancel at no charge before confirmation.

Rescheduling

Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your confirmed ceremony date, subject to pandit availability. Contact us on WhatsApp to reschedule.

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before ceremony: Full refund of any advance paid, or free cancellation if payment is due on the day
• 24–48 hours before ceremony: 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover pandit scheduling
• Less than 24 hours: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability

Service issues

If a pandit fails to arrive or the service does not meet agreed standards, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, arrange a replacement, or offer an appropriate refund.
